**RTF self-adhesive veneers may ship separately and arrive a day or two later than the doors, drawer fronts and end panels.
You are ultimately responsible to make sure the sizes and style are correct. We are happy to help, but if the items are received as the order confirmation states, they are considered correct. We will remake items due to shipping damage or factory errors, but if you order incorrectly you will need to reorder.
You have 24 hours to make changes to an order. Due to the occasional instability of email, any changes to your order must be phoned to toll free 877-887-0400 or faxed in to toll free 866-272-3121.
Fed Ex Ground and UPS Ground are the standard methods - If no one his home at time of delivery, they will leave the packages unless there is a note on the door saying not to, then they will call to make an appointment for delivery.
Freight - You must thoroughly inspect all your boxes. If the order is in good condition, sign the Bill of Lading, noting the date and time of delivery/pickup, and number of pieces.
Reporting Damage - Even if there is no visible damage to the boxes, it is very important that you do not discard any boxes until directed to do so. Note the specific damage then report it immediately by email and/or fax, including date and time of delivery, specifications of damaged pieces, a description of the damage, etc. If possible send photos of the damage. Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
NOTE: Order Cancellation - orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by fax. Due to the instability of e-mail, e-mail cancellations will not be honored. All cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10%. A full copy of our policy is posted online.
